Post Partum Support
I provide compassionate physical, emotional, and informational support during the postpartum period.
I assist with newborn care, including feeding support (breast, bottle, or combo), soothing, and understanding baby’s cues.
I offer space to discuss and process your birth experience—whether it was joyful, difficult, or somewhere in between—at your own pace.
I offer babywearing support, helping you choose and safely use carriers that promote closeness and comfort.
I support maternal recovery by encouraging rest, offering comfort measures, and checking in on your well-being.
I help with light household tasks—like tidying, laundry, and meal prep—to ease your transition into parenthood.
I share evidence-based guidance, tailored to your unique needs, parenting style, and preferences.
I create a calm, culturally respectful space where your values are honored and you feel safe, heard, and supported.
I aim to instill confidence in new parents, promote family bonding, and help your whole household thrive.
Lactation Assistance
I offer non-judgmental support for all feeding choices, whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or formula feeding.
I help you get comfortable with breastfeeding basics, such as positioning, latching, and understanding your baby’s feeding cues.
I provide emotional support around feeding challenges, holding space for whatever feelings may come up—without pressure or guilt.
I assist with pumping routines, milk storage tips, and integrating feeding into your daily life in a way that works for you.
I support you in trusting your instincts and making informed choices that align with your baby’s needs and your personal goals.
I can help you identify when additional support may be needed and refer you to qualified lactation consultants (IBCLCs) or other healthcare professionals.
I honor and respect cultural traditions, family dynamics, and personal feeding values—there is no one "right" way to feed your baby.
My goal is to ensure you feel seen, supported, and confident—whatever your feeding journey looks like.
Meal Prep
I offer flexible meal prep support, whether you need full meals, nourishing snacks, or simple ingredients prepped to make your day easier.
I focus on healing and whole-body nourishment, drawing on my background in nutrition to create meals that support postpartum recovery and energy.
I’m happy to prepare meals that align with your cultural traditions, postpartum practices, or personal preferences.
I honor and accommodate all dietary restrictions and lifestyles, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergen-friendly, and religious diets.
I create meals and snacks that promote hydration, digestion, hormone balance, and steady energy throughout your day.
I can prep meals in your kitchen, organize your fridge/pantry, or help plan easy-to-grab snacks for those busy newborn days.
My goal is to help you feel nourished, cared for, and less overwhelmed, so you can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Hi, I’m Mim.
I'm a postpartum doula based in Toronto’s West End, here to offer steady, compassionate support as you navigate life with a new baby.
With a background in holistic nutrition and experience preparing nourishing meals for families, my work is rooted in care that feeds both body and spirit. I’m also a mother of two little girls—this path into doula work began with my own journey through early parenthood.
Whether you’re welcoming your first baby, adjusting to life with multiples, or transitioning into life with more than one child, I’m here to support you. From lactation support, to emotional grounding, to meal prepping and other practical, in-home care—I will walk alongside you through the early weeks with presence and gentleness.
You don’t have to do this alone.
